Our address is 430 The Queensway South, Keswick. When you arrive, you will enter in the double doors (Remax entrance) on the far side of the parking lot. Please be aware that on weekends/after hours the doors will be locked and you will have to be let in at the time of your appointment.

Please fill out the intake forms sent to you by Email prior to your appointment as this contains important medical information that is needed before you are treated.

Pre/Post care instructions are in your health intake form and should be reviewed prior to your appointment.

Note: Appointments require a credit card on file to secure your appointment. If this is not done within 24 hours of your booking, your appointment may be cancelled. If you can no longer make it, communication is still required.

Cancellations within 48 hours of appointment or no shows will be charged a $50 cancellation fee to the credit card on file.

Appointments must be rescheduled with 48 hours notice or this will be subject to cancellation policy above.

If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled due to insufficient time and subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
