Our main address is 430 The Queensway South, Keswick. When you arrive, you will enter in the double doors (Remax entrance) on the far side of the parking lot.

Please ensure any forms sent to you are completed before your appointment. This includes Pre/Post care and helps everything runs efficiently.

Booking & Cancellation Policy A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. You won’t be charged at the time of booking—this is just to secure your appointment.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments changed within 48 hours or no showed will be subject to a $100 fee, charged to the card on file.

If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled due to insufficient time and subject to a $100 cancellation.
